Los Convenios para Evitar la Doble Imposición (CDI) constituyen una pieza clave para la planificación fiscal internacional, al reducir cargas tributarias y prevenir la doble imposición. No obstante, su aplicación requiere un análisis técnico de las cláusulas específicas, así como de las limitaciones impuestas por el MLI.
