El Tribunal de Fiscalización Laboral es el órgano encargado de resolver en última instancia los casos de mayor gravedad que son sancionados por la SUNAFIL. Creado en el 2021, su importancia ha sido tal, que sus pronunciamientos están creando una línea de resolución de conflictos que trasciende al mundo empresarial y a las prácticas laborales.
